Tax Consultation

During the last decade we have been giving extensive taxation consultancy services to companies, as well as assistance in submitting tax reports and representation of assessees at the tax authorities.

Our services include preparing tax adjustment statements and taxation forecasts from which monthly payments to authorities are to be derived. We also to maintain direct connection with tax authorities in questioned matters.

On the monthly plane we supply reports required for authorities such as the IRS, VAT and Social security. We also generate the yearly reports needed at tax year end and check their accordance with the monthly ones.

Further on we assist the companies in taxation assessment hearings and in deductibles or payroll auditing.

For foreign companies with a local branch we act as a local representative, exempting the need to formally set up and register as a foreign entity in Israel. We represent the company at Israeli tax authorities, attain tax settlements before and during business activity and provide assistance in personnel relocation processes such as adjusting to employment regulations and obtaining special work permits if required.
